We do not own or operate any library listed on the platform and are not responsible for physical library facilities, discipline, or services.
3. User Eligibility

- Users must provide accurate registration information
- Each user is responsible for maintaining account security
4. Account Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide true and correct information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Not share accounts with others
- Notify us of unauthorized use
Calibre Study is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students must:
- Follow library rules and discipline policies
- Respect seat bookings and shift timings
- Pay fees according to library subscription terms
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Seat changes and cancellations depend on the individual library’s policy.
6. Library Owner Responsibilities
Library Owners must:
- Provide correct library details
- Set clear seat availability and pricing
- Maintain discipline and safety in their library
- Handle fee collection and refunds
- Follow local laws and regulations
Library owners are fully responsible for their library operations.
7. Payments and Fees
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- Calibre Study does not control library pricing
- Platform service charges (if any) will be displayed clearly
- Refunds depend on the library’s cancellation policy
- Calibre Study is not responsible for refund disputes.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Seat cancellation depends on library policy
- Refunds are processed only as per library rules
- No guarantee of refunds for partially used subscriptions
9. Platform Usage Restrictions
Users must not:
- Provide false information
- Misuse booking system
- Violate laws
- Harass other users
- Attempt unauthorized system access
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of the account.
10. Suspension and Termination
Calibre Study reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts for misuse
- Remove library listings
- Restrict access without prior notice
Accounts may be terminated for violation of these Terms.
11. Data Usage
User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our data practices.
