1Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.1General Policy
Calibre Study connects students with study libraries. Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by the policies of individual library owners. We do not directly control seat pricing or subscription rules.
1.2Student Cancellations
Seat cancellation requests must follow the library’s specific rules. Refund eligibility depends on the library’s policy, and no refunds are guaranteed for partially used subscriptions.
1.3Payment Failures
If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded as per payment gateway rules. Processing time may vary based on the provider.
1.4Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for violation of library rules, misuse of booking, voluntary withdrawal after subscription start, or incomplete usage of booked time.

2.2Liability Limitation
Calibre Study shall not be held responsible for disputes between users, financial losses, physical harm, or library service quality. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
